108 Partners Successfully Completes Levementum Recapitalization with Inoca Capital Partners

San Francisco, CA-108 Partners, LLC, a Silicon Valley-based middle market business advisory firm led by James Bergeron, today announced the successful completion of the recapitalization of Levementum, LLC enabling the latter to drive growth, expand its customer base and further accelerate its strong bookings momentum in the growing market for CRM and Digital services.

Levementum provides management consulting, system integration and value-added resale of cloud-based CRM and Digital solutions, serving more than 1,000 customers across a wide variety of industries that include consumer packaged goods, high-tech, financial services, energy, telecommunications and manufacturing.

108 Partners began advising the Levementum executive team in April 2013 with James Bergeron providing CEO Coaching services and serving as a member of the company’s Advisory Board. The firm worked deeply with the team on strategic direction and sales growth, combined with pricing and profitability, evaluating potential add-on acquisitions and preparing and best positioning the company for a strategic or financial exit/partnership. In evaluating its options, Levementum chose 108 Partners as its exclusive financial advisor. The result was that Inoca Capital, in partnership with Levementum’s co-founders, recapitalized the business in October 2015.
